Claims

At TL Risk Solutions, we are so committed to providing you with a claims service that is effective, professional, courteous and fair, that we have developed our own 'Claims Charter'.

Our 'Claims Charter' states that:

  1. We will answer your call(s) within 4 rings
  2. We will deal with your correspondence within 5 working days
  3. We will issue cheques within 5 working days, on receipt of your acceptance of the claim
  4. We will look to settle all claims in a fair way

In the event of a claim, please notify us as soon as possible, giving full details of what has happened. To contact our dedicated claims team, any time of day, simply call 0845 600 5911.

If you are calling in regards to a motor claim, please contact your insurer directly, as detailed in your policy document.

Once you have notified us of your claim, either we will send you, or you may download a copy of our claims form. Please return your completed form to:
