Our InShore policy has been
designed to provide extensive insurance protection for your beach
hut or chalet. We work closely with many Beach Hut Owners
Associations to ensure that we fully understand your requirements,
and we actively support Associations in their efforts to protect
and secure the English coastal heritage.
Policy Cover includes:
- Storm and inundation from the sea
- Theft, attempted theft and vandalism
- Fire
- Accidental damage
- Your legal liability as property owner
- £50 policy excess, increasing to £100 for storm and water
damage claims
As we have full binding authority, we are able to offer
immediate cover in most cases.
We will also consider cover on timber constructed holiday
chalets.
Beach Hut Owners Associations
If you are a member of a Beach Hut Owners' Association that is
registered with TL Risk Solutions, you will benefit from discounted
premiums and a reduced policy excess.
